It’s hardly gross, it’s just something that can happen - and you’re not alone with this.
As you know, or should know, many/most providers work through their periods via sponge
(not that shape obviously) tampons.

I was absolutely horrified but he was a champ about it and laughed it off. He came back to see me again and I was little surprised to see him back to be honest it may have been more horrifying for me because I didn't want to show my face to him again

I always shower at home before i leave for a punt. If your not using a flannel and soap your just having a rinse.

This is what I do too, especially after one time, where I thought I was clean - showered at home, then at the venue before hand... and at the end I slide off the bed and notice a small streak. I was so embarrassed. Now it's like I spend about 5-10 minutes solid, cleaning down that area during my "at home" shower. Fortunately no more incidents like that.
God, I hope it's good enough! This thread has me all paranoid now.

I somewhat agree. I dont think a working girl should be working on her time of the month. Especially FS. If she is she should let a punter know.
I used to see a girl fairly regularly. DATY and fingering were a big part of the booking. DATY was a bit pungent so i aborted fairly quickly, when i slipped my fingers in i felt the sponge straight away so aborted that. TBH i was super annoyed she let me go down and i finished the booking early with a lame excuse. Didnt make a scene or make her feel bad. But didnt return.

understood, my comment is more if a girl is on a sponge that needs to be conveyed at booking time. not on arrival once the money has been handed over. clients can make their own call if they want the risk of blood in their mouth or on their dick.
periods are an occupational hazard but it seems a lot of providers lack enough quality work (evident from some of the whining about smelly arses) to be full time SWs, and are working when they really should be having some time off.
