I tried going there once. It’s the place where they hang the sheets on the stair and balcony railings out back. I turned up, txted they said come on up. The wait/poor timing was certainly bad but sometimes stuff like this happens with punting. It is called punting for a reason because like gambling unexpected stuff pops up.
